Spring Premiere at Brunello: Dinner with the Chef

As per tradition, Brunello Restaurant will be your guide to the world of fine dining. On 25 April, two culinary masters will join forces – Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone Brand Chef Ilya Zakharov and his long-time collaborator, Brunello Head Chef Artem Avtandilyan. The two maestros will showcase a menu woven from seasonal ingredients and local specialties.    

This will be an evening where the signature dishes are the star. Featuring a spring lightness, unexpected textures, and exquisite taste combinations, they add a new spin to familiar flavours. It is a gastronomic journey, mapped out to the tiniest nuance of taste.  

Don’t miss the latest edition of Brunello Restaurant’s “Dinner with the Chef” series. Guests arrive at 7:00 pm. Tickets are 10,000 roubles. Wine pairings are available for additional 5,000 roubles.
